Privacy policy

1. Basic concepts

These principles on the handling and processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Principles”) are issued in connection with the provisions of Article 4 (7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”).

This document is based on the general terms and conditions as stated on the www.parkinto.ai website. Therefore, all terms and expressions will have the same meaning in this Policy as defined in these General Terms and Conditions.

Other legal terms arising from the GDPR have the same meaning in this Policy as they follow from the GDPR.

2. Processed data

In connection with the operation of software, the Provider obtains and subsequently processes the following personal data from the Customer:

• Identification and contact data: first name and surname of users, e-mail address (also used as the login name), company name, billing address, company registration number and VAT number.
• Login data: password, and the account identifier of the Google, Facebook or LinkedIn account if the Customer signs in through it.
• Billing data: subscription details, invoices, and the Stripe customer identifier together with the last four digits and expiry date of the payment card. Full card details are processed only by the payment provider Stripe.
• Data about the use of the SW: sites, cameras and their settings, API access tokens, notification settings, records of actions performed in the account and times of activity.
• Communication data: e-mails sent to the Customer by the SW and their delivery status, and correspondence and notes related to customer support.
• Marketing attribution data: the source of the visit that led to registration (e.g. campaign, referring website, landing page and advertising click identifier).
• Camera image data: images from the Customer’s cameras are processed only to determine the occupancy of parking spaces. Images are not archived — only the latest frame is kept for display in the portal. Licence plates are only passed on to the Customer’s systems through the API and are not stored.

The Customer provided all the above data to the Provider as part of the registration on the website www.parkinto.ai, or through and in connection with the use of the SW.

The Provider processes personal data primarily in the European Union (Czech Republic and Belgium). Selected processors — the payment provider, the e-mail delivery service and the customer relationship management system — may process data outside the EU; such transfers are based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

In addition to the personal data listed in this Article 2, the website uses cookies. Necessary cookies keep the website working and remember the visitor’s cookie choice. Analytical and advertising cookies are used only with the visitor’s consent, which can be given, refused or changed at any time through “Cookie settings” in the website footer.
